Financial Disclosure Compliance Update

Compliance policy regarding placing disclosures on posts regarding our awards and bonuses (auto bonus, getaways, Millionaire, VIP).

This step is in addition to the policy that no dollar amounts of earnings/commissions/bonuses earned etc. should be posted. As an example, if you earn one of these amazing rank advancement bonuses, you should not say I just earned $40,000. Rather, you should say I just qualified for the 40K Rank Advancement Bonus. Those of you who earned a rank advancement bonus during a past promotion, please also be sure not to post the dollars you earned/made when posting about this incredible promotion and the manner in which it has changed people's lives. We want you all to post about this incredible opportunity and #WINNING, just please do so in a compliant fashion, so we can protect this life-changing company and Movement.

We appreciate all of you great leaders who have used our new simple and easy disclosure when appropriate and encourage you all to continue to do it when you post--loudly and proudly--about these great opportunities and this amazing company.

Before we get to the nuts and bolts, please note that this changes nothing else about your business. You should continue to loudly and proudly share your passion for THRIVE products, this company, and the opportunity it affords individuals, and you should continue to spread the word of how this Movement, THRIVE products, and the opportunity are changing lives each and every day. In addition, you should continue to follow the same compliance rules regarding what should and should not be posted - something that was compliant to post before this step will continue to remain compliant, and posts that were non-compliant will still be non-compliant even with the accompanying disclosure. Again, nothing changes from a business or compliance perspective other than adding a short and simple disclosure to certain specific posts and, as a result, strengthening this already amazing company.
