Thrive is NOT a stimulant based product. It contains natural caffeine, not synthetic or chemically processed. Natural caffeine retains its natural occurring nutrients. This significant because it processes better in the body accounting for: no "jolt" of energy that occurs with stimulate based products.

There is some shellfish in the capsules. Glucosamine can be sourced from Plants and/or Shellfish. Most of ours is plants, but unfortunately we can not guarantee that our Glucosamine is 100% Shellfish free. Note: there is not Glucosamine in the Shake or DFT, just the capsules. Furthermore, our Glucosamine is specifically sourced (if it's used from the shellfish) from the shells, not the fish itself. People that have shellfish 'allergy" are typically allergic to the iodine in the fish itself. There is no iodine in the shells.

This can actually be a good sign, it means Thrive is working. It's flagging you have a gut issues and part of the detox. Your gut issues is from a bad build up of bad bacteria in your gut. Adding Thrive to the mix (Thrives main focus is gut health, gut being the second brain) your adding a ecosystem of good bacteria, which bad bacteria can't live in, they are dying off, that is why your getting the headaches. This will subside soon and know you are not alone, many go through this due to the foods we have eaten over the years. This is actually a good thing Thrive is working already for you. Also, it can't be the caffeine due to there is only the amount of caffeine in Thrive equal to a 1/4 cup of coffee. Suggestions would be drink more water and possibly add Biotic and Balance at night.
